We knew that the future of the industry was digitally delivered closing documents that would close loans correctly the first time, every time. We knew that providing immediate investor delivery would facilitate maximum return on capital with minimum staffing, letting the lender focus on customer service and market share. We wanted to make loan closing and delivery as simple as clicking a mouse.

Digital Docs Inc. is an outgrowth of a document preparation and compliance operation that started in 1984 as the law firm Peirson and Associates. In time, the algorithms used by what became PeirsonPatterson LLP were licensed to Digital Delivery Inc., to make the software available as a stand alone product.

The Compliance Source, Inc. was founded by two of the principals of PerisonPatterson LLP to provide a full range of residential mortgage lending forms to the industry. Its library contains over 4000 forms.
